My daughter really enjoyed this interview as she is fascinated with the Wicked musical. As a seamstrees myself, I also was glued to the monitor. Excellent info and inspiration. Please continue to produce videos like this!

Beautiful. I feel that these costumes should be worn so that they can be shared with people close up, perhaps at a ball? In a horse drawn carriage in Autumn? I volunteer to wear that green one with ribbons but I'd have to wear my own hat.

    • April (guest) wrote on October 18, 9:12 am

My mind is absolutely blown after hearing 40 yards of fabric in one skirt! Holy cow! Could you imagine wearing that no less dancing and singing in it? What an accomplishment to make such a gorgeous and ambitious outfit!

    • aaronpaulcustoms wrote on October 9, 5:13 pm

OMG I have been waiting to hear from the designer of Wicked! Part of my inspiration and my drive to create costumes comes from the aesthetic of the show and the costume designer. This was totally AMAZING and her words of wisdom totally speak to me. Thanks Threadbanger!!!
